 IN ORDER TO KEEP FIT DURING THE COLD WEATHER, WE HAVE SOME INTERESTING MEALS AND BEVERAGES FOR YOU. THESE SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY A WORKOUT.


 



Meals:

Meal 1:

·      30 – 40g of whey protein or 6 egg whites

·       2 whole eggs;

·      50g of oats

 

 

Meal 2:

·         175 g chicken breast or ostrich mince;

·         half a cup of rice (100g cooked weight);

·         half an avocado or 50g of almonds

 

Beverages:

Post – workout shake:

·         Soup mix,

·         carrot,

·         potatoes,

·         celery,

·         turnip,

·         coriander,

·         parsley

·         Put it all in a blender.
